Location: Kaplankaya, Turkey

Reikan is a new fine dining Japanese restaurant opening in Kaplankaya, located within the grounds of Six Senses Kaplankaya. The restaurant operates fully independently and is part of an established international restaurant group.

The concept is refined and elegant, focused on sushi, omakase, and elevated Japanese dining in a beautiful upscale setting. Reikan is being developed as a destination restaurant with a strong emphasis on precision, service excellence, and consistency.

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager and play a key role in delivering outstanding daily operations and guest experience.

ROLE OVERVIEW

1. Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant
2. Lead front-of-house operations during service
3. Manage, train, and motivate the service team
4. Ensure consistently high service standards and attention to detail
5. Be highly present on the floor and guest-focused
6. Handle reservations, VIP guests, and service recovery
7. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards

OPERATIONAL & COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Support staff scheduling and rota planning
2. Assist with labour cost control and daily operational reporting
3. Monitor service efficiency and guest feedback
4. Support stock control and ordering in coordination with management
5. Contribute to a smooth opening and strong team culture

CANDIDATE PROFILE

1. Experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in fine dining or luxury hospitality
2. Exposure to Japanese dining concepts (sushi / omakase preferred)
3. Strong leadership and communication skills
4. Service-driven, calm under pressure, detail-oriented
5. Comfortable working in a high-standard, fast-paced environment
6. Fluent English required
