Reikan is a new fine dining Japanese restaurant opening in Kaplankaya, located within the grounds of Six Senses Kaplankaya. The restaurant operates fully independently and is part of an established international restaurant group.

Reikan offers a refined and intimate dining experience focused on sushi, omakase, and elevated Japanese cuisine. We are looking for a professional, warm, and well-presented Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests and set the tone for the dining experience.

ROLE OVERVIEW

1. Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and confidence
2. Manage reservations and seating plans
3. Coordinate guest flow with the restaurant and bar teams
4. Handle VIP guests and special requests with discretion
5. Answer guest enquiries in person and by phone
6. Maintain a calm, organised reception area at all times
7. 
   

GUEST EXPERIENCE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Create a positive first and last impression for every guest
2. Ensure seating is aligned with service flow and guest expectations
3. Communicate clearly with floor managers and servers
4. Assist with waitlists and peak service periods
5. Handle guest feedback politely and professionally
6. 
   

CANDIDATE PROFILE

1. Previous experience as a Hostess in fine dining or upscale hospitality preferred
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Confident, polished, and well presented
4. Calm under pressure and highly organised
5. Strong attention to detail and guest focus
6. Fluent English required
